Absolutely Gorgeous! - I bought this dress for my Winter Formal, and I love it. I m giving it 5 stars, even though the chest was a bit too big. That s my fault for not being busty enough for the rest of me, I suppose. My friend took the bust in for me, and it didn t take much time at all. I got the ice blue, and it really does look just like it does in the photo. By the way, the underskirt isn t completely tulle. The tulle is only a few inches, from where it peeks out to a little past the hem. If this dress doesn t quite work for you, I d suggest another dress by PacificPlex. They re just amazing, in my humble opinion.
